This is an advanced Pilates Mat Workout that focuses on the glutes and abs specifically. We’re adding to common small props to help focus on the periphery: The Magic (Fitness) Circle and Resistance Band. It’s fast paced and really challenging. You can perform this workout every other day and add cardio workouts in between for a great way to get ready for Summer, or any beach vacation.
