THREE STAGE MELTDOWN (Progressively Harder)… Body Weight Home Workout
Warm Up: 3 mins
Rest: 1 min
(feel free to do extra rounds of stage 1 if you are not up for the next to levels)
Stage 1: Epic Workout
20 sec each exercise/4 rounds/
• Sprint
• Squats
• Kneeling Push Ups
• Rest 30sec
• REPEAT
Stage 2: Apocalypse Workout
30 sec each exercise/3 rounds/
• Tuck Jumps
• Diagonal Mountain Climbers
• Burpee
• Spiderman Push Ups
• Rest
• REPEAT
Stage 3: Armageddon Reckoning Workout
30 sec each exercise/ 3 rounds
• Squat Thrust
• Burpee Shuffle Hustle
• Single Leg Alternating Burpee
• Tuck Jump Burpee
