Jump Rope Workout To Burn Fat

Free 4 week challenge: rope used in video: Workout (repeat circuit 3-5x):

-20 sec - jump rope - high knees

-20 sec - pushups

-20 sec - jump rope - reg bounce fast

-20 sec - spiderman pushups

-20 sec - jump rope - side swipe

-20 sec - pushups

-20 sec - jump rope - fast skip

-20 sec - jump rope - double unders

***Complete circuit 3-5x, resting 1 min between circuit
