Curtsy rainbow taps , free weight & cables Cable Compound Training

Clip 1: left side

Cable is hooked down low & weight is set at 2.5 kg

Opposite foot to cable , using the bench as my guide to make the half circle taps (curtsy rainbow taps )

Activating the the whole Gluteal muscle

In order this is where I felt the activation

1: 🍑minimus muscle

2:🍑Medius muscle

3:🍑Lateral (side) glutes

4:🍑maximus muscle

Clip 2: right side

I'm using 10kg weighed bar again using the bench as my guide to do split leg calf raises.

Changing the action to the half circle taps (curtsy rainbow taps ) .

10/20 reps 4/5 sets
